Ryan and Andrea believe strongly that sport is very important in the lives of young people. Sports provide an environment where youths can exercise regularly, learn about goal setting, work hard as a team and it gives them an outlet for their energy and their need to socialize. As the Williams & Martin Real Estate Team business grows, so does their contributions to various clubs and teams in the Comox Valley. Over the years, they have supported the following sports clubs and youth teams:
The Comox Valley United Soccer Club
Since 2005, Ryan has been involved with the CV United Soccer Club. During that time, he coached the Chili Peppers (a girls rep team), sat on the executive board and has been a yearly sponsor of the club. The CVUSC is a great opportunity for youngsters and adults to have fun, achieve success and prosper in a team environment. The Mount Washington Ski Club
Prior to being a realtor, Ryan coached at the Mount Washington Ski Club. The program is one of the best in the BC ski racing community and every year allows young skiers to pursue their ski racing dreams. This club has a great atmosphere

The Strathcona Nordic Ski Club
Located at Raven Lodge, the Strathcona Nordic Ski Club is well established with great coaching for it athletes and a positive environment for all members. The club has successfully hosted Provincial competitions and has athletes performing at a high level in all ages. The Comox Valley Baseball Association
Since 2007, Ryan and Andrea have been a sponsor of a PeeWee baseball team in the RE/MAX PeeWee House league in the Comox Valley Baseball Association. In 2021, Ryan and Andrea’s children started their baseball careers with this association. And as a youngster, Ryan played baseball and it seemed natural to sponsor a youth baseball team. cvba.ca
